How to write this campaign
- Check exclusions before sending. A win-back must never reach a self-excluded player, and your CRM's suppression lists decide that, not the email.
- Lead with what is new, not with what they are missing.
- Keep the offer small and the terms simple. Lapsed players are the least patient readers you have.
Markets
| Market | Status | What the page carries |
|---|---|---|
| Sweden | Not set up | Spelpaus, Stödlinjen and the first-occasion bonus rule. |
| Germany | Ready | OASIS, the monthly deposit limit and the support line. |
| Netherlands | Ready | Cruks, Loket Kansspel and the under-24 rules. |
SwedenIn Sweden an operator may only offer a bonus at the player's first gaming occasion, and Spelinspektionen treats cashback, free spins and other incentives as bonuses under that rule. So this kit is set up for Germany and the Netherlands. If you run it in Sweden, take the offer out and check the page with your compliance team first.

FAQ
About this template.
Does Bild decide who receives the win-back email?
No. Bild makes the page and the email. Your CRM decides who gets it, including suppressing self-excluded players.
